I called to get information if they carry a special german food, very nice and helpful person on the other side! And they do have Bismarck Herring!

Cleanliness, presentation, and customer service are not among the priorities of this shop. I was spoken down to, rushed and told that my request was impossible. I asked to have meat sliced but apparently that's too dangerous...for a butcher...with professional grade equipment :|. So a big thumbs down to Helga (or whatever the name of the beastly woman with the fouling teeth) and this location. I just wish I could give less than a star.

We make a day of it traveling to Fayetteville at least 2 times a year and we NEVER miss the opportunity to shop for our goodies from a very professional staff. The owner has my trust completely when it comes to our meats. Also impressed with the German products within his store tho' limited they are hard to get esp. here where we live. Good selections to choose from. I highly recommend to everyone that is looking for a superior butcher that they visit this establishment and see for themselves why we are high on this particular place.
