bad for business!!! Tracy is rude to customers. I came in to get services and she talked to me like I was ignorant. she does not know how to communicate with others and will leave you waiting over 30 minutes just to get assistance. don't store your items here.

We looked all over Fayetteville and Fort Bragg area to find the best priced storage units. Found them at the 3614 Murchison Road location, with all the same features as anywhere else in the area. Trust me, we looked up and called just about eveywhere! The manager there was really helpful and stayed late to help us get a lease signed. Hard to find that kind of customer service nowdays.

American Flag Storage is a great facility, I personally have used 2 of their locations. It is not identity theft if you sign a contract saying that your unit will be auctioned off for non-payment. Pay your bills on time like an adult and that wouldn't be a problem. Storage facilities are not looking to take anything from you they make barely anything off of your items, and they would be better off if you just paid the amount that was due. I am a very pleased customer of American Flag Storage.

I do not know all the stipulations of other Storage Units and their policies, but is it ok for a Storage Service to auction all materials in the unit for non-payment if the boxes contain materials with vital personal information on a person. I myself, would say everything within the unit belongs to the Storage Service Provider, but even within the Healthcare industry and other financial institutions; just because there is an account in default, it is a legal obligation to protect the privacy of others. If your Storage Service provider wants to sell your belongings for non-payment, there should be an obligation to that person to protect their basic rights; selling off only the things belonging to that individual that do not contain personal information like photos, birth certificates, past-mail, etc. I am in awe that the way your storage unit operates can be legal with absolute disregard to the safety of your patron's personal and private information.
