This company need to be investigated on. My husband and I was in an accident on Thanksgiving morning and it was very bad. We had no choice but to have them tow our car because we we're in trees. They we're kind enough to let us get out luggage when we got out the er after that they were horrible. We wanted to get our other belonging and was going to be charged 75.00 because it was to get in the fence and our car wasn't in the fence. The adjuster called about the car and was told it wasn't there and we have pictures to prove it was 25 mins later it was found. My husband called so the car would get picked up they said ok then wouldn't release it. This is a sorry company, rude, and unprofessional. I pray for them. No one should have to go through this after an accident. 🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌GOD GETS THE GLORY BECAUSE HE ALWAYS LOOKS AFTER HES CHILDREN. NO WEAPON FORM AGAINST US SHALL PROSPER AND I PRAY BECAUSE OF YOU GUYS LACK OF COMPASSION IT DON'T EVER HAPPEN TO YOU OR A FAMILY MEMBER.

This company is a total rip off and its best to never use them for towing. They totally destroyed the front end of my car and claimed they didn't do it. They treat your vehicle like it is trash and will not pay for the damage they did. My car was parked at a friends house and the landlord had it towed by this sorry company. Overcharged me and tore up my vehicle. When I spoke to the owner he was rude and arrogant. A total butt hole.

I was in a accident recently, and the police called them to come out because they were on rotation. I was in shock from the accident. All the police cared about was getting the vehicle out of road. My husband was on the way to help with another tow service, and the police would not let us request another service because they had to move it out of the road. I had to painly fork over $180. dollars just to tow my vehicle less than 2 miles down the road that is price gowging if I have ever seen it. They don't care about their customers, all they want is your arm&leg. Shame on you for taking advantage on people in their time of need. I will never ever ever, use this company for nothing else. I wouldn't even let them wash my car, if they were in to that. I sure would not recomend this company for anything unless you want to go broke!

I will alway trust Bishop

I have bought a lot of car pars from this location the people are nice and they have about everthing. I have bought parts and even a car from them and was very happy with the service.

I have been going to Bishop's for the past six or seven years and very satisfied. I have been to Bishop's for towing, car parts, cars, and body work. The young guy that has pulled my parts for years now is very helpful, nice, and hardworking. The lady that works in the office is very nice and helpful. Mr. Bishop is a friendly man that will help you find what you are looking for if he doesn't have it. I would recommend this business to anyone and give them a full thumbs up for all their hard work. I can count on this business through many holidays, rain, snow, and smoking hot weather. Thank you Bishops for serving me the past six to seven years. Workers that have served me are "Gerald Bishop, Cathy, Cody" these truly are some helpful employees. The prices have fit my budget very well and never once have I ever had to complain about anything.

Please avoid using this company at all costs. The Highway Patrol contacted them after the accident. If you are every in this situation, request another company because Bishop Towing and Recovery's prices are ridiculously expensive. The owner is trying to charge more than $1700 for towing a truck and merchandise about 9-10 miles from an accident scene. Not only is the price bogus, but the customer service is horrible. The owner is arrogant and knows that in order to dispute the price you must go to civil court which takes additional time and money. They do NOT care about their customers! They try to use you for everything that you have! Again, PLEASE AVOID USING THIS COMPANY, unless you want to just give your possessions to them!!!

I have been going to Bishop's on and off for the last 6 years....never any problems with anyone there....if I had I sure wouldn't make the almost 80 mile round trip from Moore County....it can be a little challenging getting the removed parts to the office sometimes (rain, mud, etc)....but that is part of the adventure going to a junkyard....

I dont know the lady's name, but she is an older lady, and she is very rude and shoudnt be working in costumer service with an attitude. They will defintely not get my business because of her.
