Without a doubt this has been, in 25 years, the worst purchase experience our company has ever made. We trusted their expertise in helping guide us to a good product. We paid $9K for a unit that is a rolling wreck. SuperTech doesn't return phone calls or emails and completely ignores any attempts we have made to get help. We even drove to their office to get help and the 'guy' that could help us wasn't in but would call us back - yeah still waiting on that call back SuperTech. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves. We are selling this unit at huge loss for scrap (because that is what 4 other dealers have told us it is worth) and buying something else. Given a year to help us SuperTech has done zero. I would think long and hard about using this company. If you do use them then do your home work - for goodness sakes don't trust what they tell you. Don't rely on them for 'service after the sale' - that is a foreign concept to this group.

They helped us chose the right lift for our business and worked with us on pricing. Would recommend this company to anyone. Didn't find this level of service with anyone else.
