Dr Bonner is the best practitioner I've ever experienced and has a warm staff and great APNs working with him. This summer they started offering wifi & wait times have gotten better & better. (plus unlike anywhere else I know, they take walk-ins 7 to 7 during the week--AND They have a walk in clinic EVERY SAT! LOVE this place!

Dr. Bonner is a good practitioner, but the office is poorly run. They overbook their patients and I have never had a wait SHORTER than 45 minutes. I had an appointment for my 3 kids well visit with Dr. Bonner and was told he was 6 patients behind, so we could wait, or see a nurse practitioner. If I wanted to see the nurse practitioner, I would have made the appointment with the nurse practitioner. I am a nurse practitioner as well so obviously nothing against them, but we moved here a few months ago and I wanted to see the Dr. for their first visit. The person who calls lab results sounds like she is afraid to talk on the phone and if you ask her questions she acts like she's having a panic attack, so why do you have this person make follow up phone calls? I am extremely disappointed in the practice and will be taking my family of 8 elsewhere, just hope this isn't the "norm" for healthcare in NWA.

Always at least 2 hours behind schedule. Don't come here unless you plan on spending the day with Dr Bonner. I'll even call and make appointments instead of walking in and will sit in the lobby for at least a hour and a half past my appointment time. Then sit in the appointment room for another hour before I see him. AWFUL customer service at the front desk. AWFUL wait time. AWFUL doctors office.

I love Dr Bonner and was happy to see he left MANA, but I have been waiting over an hour with an appointment while two people off the street without an appointment walk in and are taking back. Something needs to change or my entire family will have to find a new doctor.
