Before Shields Plumbing, whenever I called a plumber I usually received an inappropriate discourteous man with his pants below his waist just waiting for me to cut the check. Not anymore, your plumber Mike was dressed appropriately, courteous and polite, and extremely thorough. He made sure that I understood every part of the procedure before he started to work on it. Mike had excellent knowledge of the problem. By the way, the sink that was giving me problems hasn't needed to be looked at since. Thanks for a job well done. Keep up the good work.
