Second time I've been here in the past six months that they have messed my daughters hair up. She even brought pics and it was a simple cut with face frame and long layers. Hair had no layers at all, face frame was poorly cut and had long pieces sticking out in random spots. Looked nothing like the pic at all. Stylist name this time was Sarah. Do not see her. Both times another stylist fixed it and were happy with the end product. But should have been happy from the beginning, shouldn't have to have entire cut redone.
