Beware of this shop! We asked Al to open up our blower motor to see why it was making so much noise. They said they would get the vehicle in right away while my wife was waiting. 4 hours later they forgot the vehicle was outside waiting to be worked on. After being reminded they rushed it in to look at it and then told us the blower motor was making noise. We told them we already new the blower motor was making noise and wanted them to take it apart and see what was going on and Al said they forgot what we asked them to do. Al is the owner by the way. They charged us $60 to tell us what we already knew. If you want something done right...so I went ahead and opened up the blower motor myself and it took 10 minutes to do and there were some broken pieces of plastic in it that caused it to be unbalanced and vibrate. If I would have known it was that simple I would have done it myself in the first place. It is blowing perfect now...no thanks Al's Service shop, they just ripped us off instead.
