To save some money my I rented a carpet cleaning machine from Home Depot. I spent 3 hours cleaning our home, including 4 coffee breaks. I was so proud of myself, until the next day when Brown streaks were all over the carpets. I decided to bite the bullet and call a professional carpet cleaning company. My sister recommended Elite Carpet Cleaning Service, so I gave them a call. The next day Elite Carpet showed up on my front door steps, right on time. We did a walk around, and admired my work of art on the carpets. Technician explained that the brown marks were actually water stains. He explained the procedure he was going to perform and went straight to work. Hour later my white carpets were white again. The technician gave my some tips on future spotting and left me a small spotting bottle. The whole ordeal taught me a valuable lesson, not to rent a carpet cleaning machine again. When I considered my time to drive the store to pick up the machine, then my time to bring it back, cleaning the machine, buying the detergent and actually cleaning the carpet, it just was not worth it. My total bill with Elite Carpet Cleaning Service was $95.00.

You name the carpet cleaning company and chances are I've used them. The most stressful time for me is getting my carpets cleaned. Never know who is going to show up at my door. One time I refused to open my door to the technician they sent. My friend recommend Elite Carpet Cleaning, she bragged that they are the best in Michigan. The company van pulled up in my drive way 10 minutes ahead of schedule. Very clean professional technician introduced himself, and showed a vast knowledge of carpet cleaning. He took a tour of my home and asked about the origin of the stains and what I had used to remove the stains. I've never had any company do this, by this time they've already started. He explained a few safety things and went to work. The carpet looked fabulous, I've never been so impressed with any company like I was with Elite Carpet. I've had almost all the big carpet cleaning companies. This time I decided to go with a more small personal company, and I'm glad I did. Elite has been servicing my neighbors carpet for years, so I decided to give them a try. The owner Shane showed up at my door step 5 minutes ahead of promised time. Very professional, and extremely knowledgeable, sounded like a chemist. Gave me a few spotting tips and educated me on how to keep my carpets maintained. Took a tour of my home and asked lots of questions about the stains, reconfirmed the price, and went straight to work. Once the job was complete my carpets where shinning. The job took little longer then the speedy big companies but it was worth it. Since the cleaning Elite did for me I've referred them to my family members.
