HORRIBLE !! I wish I read the reviews before I purchased my dress. I purchased my dress for my son's wedding in June. I was measured for the dress and paid for half of it . When I returned to pick up my dress, I expressed how tight it was around my rib cage. I was told by the owner, Diane, how beautiful it looked on me and that it will stretch. She also said if it still felt uncomfortable, they could take it out 1/2 inch on both sides. After I left and tried it on again at home, I decided not to wait and have it taken out . I called and made an appointment with Yvette(would never recommend her to anyone). Yvette said no problem she will take it out and charged me $75. When I went to pick up the dress, it was still tight and Yvette then said "oh" I wasn't able to take it out 1/2 inch just 1/4 inch. I was extremely disappointed but was told there was nothing else she could do. When I got home I noticed that she only took it out on one side. I called Yvette, and she still said there was nothing she could do, but she had no problem taking my money for a job half done. I called the owner numerous times and have gotten nowhere. I am so furious after reading other reviews about not being measured correctly, and I think the owner should be held accountable for her actions. I am going to write a complaint everywhere I possibly can and I have also told family and friends who have kids getting married NOT to shop at Stylish Impressions! Shame on you, Diane!

Doesn't deserve my one star

This place is bad. Do not spend your money here. She is overpriced and does not care about anything bit money so she can keep up her nails and hair. Go somewhere else. She will mess up your dress, your order and will be downright rude If you have a problem. Instead of taking Care of the problem she finds reasons why it's not her fault. It always is your fault. Amazing that I has the same experiences as all other writers on here, save your money and your time and take our advice, go to a different store.

This shop Is terrible. As a business owner I am very lenient when it comes to issues in stores and at other businesses but this business is so poorly run that the better business bureau should be involved. Dianne the owner is a poor business owner with no common sense, personality or professionalism. She cared only about money and nothing about your special day. If you want your wedding to be perfect, steer clear of stylish Impreaaions. They ordered my dress in the wrong color then made me pay to have it fixed. Then they messed up my mothers mother of the bride dress and refused to do anything. She clearly does not care and is unconcerned with the satisfaction of her customers. Dianne, sell the business be ause it's not for you sweetie. Thanks for ruining my wedding day :)

We were sent to get our brides...

We were sent to get our brides maids gown from here. Totally understaffed. I didnt agree with the size the owner wanted to put me in but she insisted I would fit...the dress....even though ordered many many many months before needing it, was still late. We were going across the country for this wedding and didnt have time to fool around. Upon the dress finally coming in, I tried it on and WOW it didnt fit. Like I had insisted it wouldnt. I went right down to the shop and complained to the owner who really didnt seem to give a crap. I wasnt quite about it, because other customers should know how horrible she is. The seamstress...who was the only good part about this place, completely understood why i was mad and agreed that the owner had messed up. (im assuming shes the owner, mid 40s,blond....pretended to be in charge and know what was going on). The seamstress only charged me $20 to fix the entire dress, hemming it, and taking out all the sides. I doubled it because I didnt think she should have to pay for the other womans screw up. Besides the fantastic seamstress, everyone here is rude and snotty. Especially the woman in charge. She is incompetent and could give a crap about her clients. I have and will continue to put down her and her company because i would never want anyone else to go threw this. its a wonder she is still in business. Awful...go ANYWHERE else. (doesnt even deserve the one required star)

Watch the sizes!!!

I purchased my wedding gown from this store and my bridesmaids gowns. The bridesmaids gowns were all intentionally ordered 2 sizes too big and all bridesmaids were charged extra for alterations. I recommend if you do purchase anything from the store, you do not let them tell you to order larger than your size. The gowns looked drab on all my girls - too big in all the wrong places. my wedding gown was beautiful, however, they forgot to provide me with the vail! I had to go to the store before my AM wedding!

Size issues

I purchased my wedding dress and all my bridesmaids gowns from Stylish Impressions and despite my bridesmaids request to purchase the correct size for them, they ordered one and TWO sizes too big! All the girls had major alterations and none of the dresses looked stunning, to say the least because fabric was loose and gathered in all the wrong places. My wedding gown was beautiful and they did not oversize it, however, they did forget to include the vail and I had to pick it up on my way to the wedding! If you do purchase a gown from this store, I highly recommend that you watch very carefully what sizes that you are being ordered for you and make sure they give you everything you ordered well in advance of your event.
