Went in there a couple weeks ago, hoping to buy a case and screen protector for my new 13 Pro. As the store is small, it’s usually crowded and congested. I could be OK with that; however, the two employees there, who were assisting other customers, didn’t even look up and acknowledge me as I stood there and struggled in various ways to view the information on the other side of the accessories packages that were locked up on the wall. They continued to converse in Spanish to the 6-8 Spanish-speaking customers crowded around the counter. They totally ignored me. I finally walked out, disgusted.
I ended up visiting a Verizon store that sold iPhone accessories and whose manager stepped up to welcome me and help me with my purchase of an Otterbox case and a tempered glass screen protector, which he installed in minutes while I waited.
The Faribault T-Mobile store will never see my business again for phones or anything else. If they’d just looked up and acknowledged I was there, I’d be OK with waiting while they assisted other customers. Guess I didn’t speak the right language.
