I was having some problems with my phone and they were able to get me up and running with a brand new phone. They even do a discount on acessories with a new phone and they are locally owned!

Wireless Concepts AT&T is an awesome store to try out. The staff is very friendly and will try and help you out as best as possible.

Went to this store to upgrade my account. First off they were very attentive, friendly, and very well educated with all of the phones and plans. Wireless Concepts is not corporate and treats their customers well. They also have a 30 return policy which is awesome! I highly recommend coming here for all your AT&T needs!

Be careful with this store. We were talked in to purchasing items (phone covers) that we were not sure about- salesperson told us that should we have issues with the covers within a year (with them coming apart, etc) that they would be replaced. Also, I wanted to wait because they did not have the color of the style of cover that would work for me. Again, I was talked into taking a color that I disliked until the others came in. More than 4 months later, they still do not have them in. When I went back to the store, I was treated like trash. The salesperson basically scoffed at me and had a snide tone stating that I were incorrect. He then proceeded to tell me what the other salesperson had "meant" as if he knew what had been told to me, basically telling me that I did not know what I was talking about. He also made the statement that that cover looked really used. Well, of course it looked really used, the cover coming apart was our concern in the first place! In fact, he also told me that one bought at Wal-mart would have done the same thing- again, COMPLETELY discounting the satisfaction of the buyer!!



I have been with alltel for several years, in fact, about 6 years. I began going to this store a couple years ago- and because of them, alltel will lose me as a customer. I will not longer hand over my heard earned money to provide income for a store or provide a job to an employee who talks to me with such blatant disrespect.
