Was easy to move in and live there "Lived in a 3BR 2Bath for 3 years with no late payments of causing any trouble of any sorts." . But they are like Las Vegas, Seem like a good idea while there, but when you decide to leave you realize you have no money. They nickle and Dime you when you move out. Even after spending over 8hr cleaning, they charged 200 for cleaning fees Saying many things were dirty and not cleaned. "I worked for a cleaning company and know clean" Took the whole deposit and then charged more. Just like gold mark. Should stay away if possible. Horrible business practices.

Bad service and bad front desk

Have been living here for about 2 years now, and actually I've been pretty pleased with the place. So far all staff I've interacted with have been friendly and courteous, the upkeep is good, and maintenance requests are prompt!

This is not a company you want to rent from they will suck every last dollar out of you. They make up false claims when you ,move out so they can keep your deposit money.
