I live in a complex that uses this service and my resident manager has been trying to get a hold

of them for the past two days and no one has came to plow, answer their phone, or return

her call. Have in mind that for these past two days there has been blizzards. There is no after hours business number, and several residents are upset about this issue. No one from this company has made any attempt to come out, call, or return messages! Obviously this company has no work ethic and is taking a very unprofessional and unresponsible turn in thier business.

From a personal standpoint very unsatisfied!
