I lived in an ASA owned apartment for 2 years and where do I begin. They didn't give a crap about other tenants causing loud disturbances, even the property manager ran away with his tail between his legs so he didn't have to deal with it. He never returned calls unless your apartment was on fire. Our heat, kitchen light, or garage NEVER got fixed after multiple requests. They didn't paint the apartment when I moved in so when I moved out, they decided to pin the "need for paint" on me when it needed it before I was even there!!! They are unprofessional and wish I never had to stress out for two years about what's going to go wrong next. Do not live there.

We are renting from ASA, I have had no problem with them, Love our apartment,.

They have always listened and taken care of whatever I have had issues with right away.

Looked at the aparments. A little small, but exactly what my husband and I were looking for....Called the office a couple time leaving messages for a call back....NEVER received a call back. Finally I didn't want to lose the apartement(if it was still available at this point it had been a week since we looked at it). Got there, the office was kind of gross, seemed really dirty! There was a woman named Dawn...OMG, talk about a B*T@H!! She was extremely rude to us, made multiple excuses to why she never called us back. We we half-way through filling out all the paperwork for the apartment and she just started to rub on my husband an I the WRONG way. We decided that we would feel much more comfortable to find another apartment from another company! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO MY ENEMY'S. I've lived in many apartments and have NEVER dealt with such rude, irresponsible, very unprofessional manner!! Be VERy Wary!!!!
