The woman in the office is very rude. After they overcharged my credit card, with an amount not authorized by me, she refused to refund it, saying she would only credit my account. Of course, after dealing with her attitude, I didn't want to do business there again. I called back, weeks later, trying to get my money back, and she stated that after I had argued the billing amount with her, she mailed me a check for the refund, along with a receipt (of course I have never received either). I called back AGAIN, requesting another receipt and asked her to cancel her previous check and send a new one..surprise...no call back.
