A few girlfriends and I were in town for the weekend to attend a wedding and thought it might be fun to make appointments to have our hair done for the reception. We researched a few salons and were pleased with the website and the prices quoted on it for up-dos($35 and up). We should have been leary when we entered the salon on a hot, humid July afternoon to discover there was no air-conditioning. Things didn't improve when the stylist told my friend that she wouldn't be able to put her hair into a twist b/c of the length (I have seen shorter hair go into a twist). I had a picture of what I wanted, and ended up leaving with a basic bun that they charged me $60 for. My friend also left with hair she hated and was also charged $60. When asked about the website pricing, we were shown a pricing chart in the salon quoting $60 (for a BUN that took 10 min) which was a total rip off. We were only thankful that we had enough time to get to the hotel and redo our hair for the night.
