I purchased a 9x12 area rug from Carpet Barn. When they loaded it into my care they did $1100 worth of damage to my dashboard. I called them right away. When I filed a claim against them for the damages they lied about even loading the rug into my car. They left me stuck with the bill. I will never walk into that store again!
