After waiting 3 hours to get my windshield replaced on my CRV, I became slightly irritated. When I walked in to pick up my vehicle, I signed paperwork and was told there was a scratch on the driver s side of my brand new windshield that they did not notice until after it was installed. Of course, he did say they would replace it at no extra charge. As I was driving home, I noticed that the cover to both of side airbags were cracked. The gentleman offered to glue it. Seriously! The car is not even 2 years old and I trust that businesses can do their jobs, but I better do the research next time. Now I have to take it back in three weeks for another three hours to get everything replaced. I don t even think I am comfortable with that idea. So disappointed!

Came on time and even finished install by cleaning the glass..great touch..
