Fallon is fortunate to have a cleaner service like Crystal Cleaners. They do both alterations and dry cleaning and can even clean area rugs. I drop my work clothes off here every week and everything is done on time, clean and pressed perfectly. Proud to be a regular patron here!

The service here is horrible!!!!!!!! I went to this establishment to have my bride's maid dress altered. It was supposed to be finished on a Tuesday. I went in the following Thursday and it still wasn't finished. The lady said it would be finished that night or the next morning. She assured me she would call me when it was finished. I waited until the following Monday morning (four days later) to call about the dress. I was told the dress would be finished in half an hour. Once again I made the thirty minute drive to pick up my dress. The dress was ready but the woman that altered it was not there so there was no one to try it on for. Then I got the bill, $42.00 for a dress that was supposed to be ready in four days but was not ready for ten days. Then I drove all the way home to try it on. There is a huge bubble in the back where they altered the bodice and the length is to the top of my foot not hemmed for a two inch heal as I specified. Plus there are now strange grease-lick spots on the back. My $250.00 dress is now ruined. Even if I had time to get this fixed I would not ever consider using these people again!!!!!!!!!!!!
