Stay away from this filthy dump. They don't clean their equipment and the operators are unlicensed and untrained. They are rude and I personally witnessed them intentionally injuring a customer with a drill and then treating her rudely.

First, off they did an *OK* job on my wife's nails, but they are the cheapest place in town and you get what you pay for. However, the experience itself was atrocious both for me and my wife.



I dropped my wife off while I went to do a few things, and while I was gone, my wife was treated at best like some homeless person who had wandered in looking for spare change. While a superior attitude and trash talking in a language you dont understand is common in a nail salon, the employees here took it to the level of not even attempting to mask their contempt for a PAYING CUSTOMER. Further, when my wife realized that she had left her phone at home, no one would let her use their phone to call me to pick her up, and eventually she was left with no choice but to walk home and hope the impending storm didn't break before she got there. Meanwhile, I come back after she has left wondering why I hadn't heard from her. They assured me that she was in the back getting her eyebrows done, however they tried to tell me I could not go into the back to tell my own wife that I would be waiting for her. To avoid a situation I instructed the man at the desk to tell her I was outside when she was ready. He assured me he would, and as I sat outside in the car watching through the window, did absolutely nothing of the sort. After about twenty minutes of watching him standing there not talking to anyone and clearly able to see me sitting there, I went inside and he told me she was not here afterall, she had left. I can only assume he knew this all along because he never checked the back, and he never moved from his desk nor talked to anyone. After my wife called to let me know she had walked home since, as I'd like to make the point clear THEY WOULDNT LET HER USE A PHONE EVEN THOUGH SHE WAS A PAYING CUSTOMER. So through what I can only contrue as malicious actions they took what was supposed to be a nice day for my wife before a big stressful move and ruined it. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS THE MONEY YOU SAVE IS NOT WORTH IT
