I was in a pinch and needed to rent a suit within a 24 hour period. I was in PA scheduled to be in MA the next day. When I got there, Bernie and Bobby came through and had me fitted and out the door with a suit within an hour. I tried to tip them and they would absolutely not accept a thing. They were very polite and courteous and did all they could to accomodate me. They were lifesavers!

I just called the store and asked a general question of timing to pick out my sons tux for his first communion.. and I got a nice girl on the phone.. and she honestly told me she wasn't sure and then asked a man that was workng with her.. and I could here him in the back ground.. "that is the stupidest question I have ever heard! I can not believe you are asking me this question!" and she said "sorry I am a little flustered!" and her then told her "you will never last this prom season!... tell the customer that the sooner the better" WOW!!! did he not know that I could hear him yelling at this poor girl!!! NOT GOING THERE!!!
