Bad customer service

Just moved to the area recently. The service is poor. Bunch of young kids that have no respect for older folks. Tried them three times and struck out. No more business from me. Go to Walmart and buy one from them, it is better and you don't have to put up with the additude. What's up with the pizza also? It's like all their pizza is thin crust! I don't think we are having a shortage on flour. Thin crust is thin crust. Hand tossed is not thin crust!RJ

Two weeks ago I ordered a family size, pepperoni, with LIGHT sauce. I sent my mother to pick it up. When she picked up the pizza, she asked them again, if it was light sauce. The answer was a sarcastic "yes" followed by a lot of snickering as my mother was walking out.

I guess I should not have been surprised when we got the pizza with EXTRA sauce. It was put in the trash.

When the manager is not there, the kids serving are disrespectful and purposely mess up orders.

This is not the first time this has happened either.
