Provided by YPmobileBased solely on the food, this establishment would have earned 4 solid stars. The burgers were heavenly. I ordered the Bonzai burger and was surprised at how good it was. The fries were just ok. We ordered the chips, guac, and salsa for a starter. It was also, just ok. However, (and this is a big however), the service was extremely poor from the get go. There were two hostesses upon arrival. They were unprofessional and dimwitted. They appeared confused by the simple task of seating a table of 4. When we were eventually seated, we noticed that we were located right in the path of all of the wait staff exciting the kitchen( my seat was hit several times, a couple of times by the hostesses). Our server seemed rushed and absent. He quickly tried to rush us through the ordering process. He came back a total of 2 times after we ordered and only because he was flagged down. Because of our close location to the kitchen, I was blessed with overhearing the wait staff gossip about other patrons. Mind you, these people are waiters at RED ROBIN... Sigh. I honestly could not get out of there fast enough. The food was good enough that I may call in an order and take it to go. I will not dine in again, however.

Provided by YP.comThe first time we went to Red Robins was in Newport, VA. We fell in love with the fish plate on the menu. Of course, the burgers are great, but the fish is wonderful.... Oh, Be sure to sign yourself up for the birthday club.

Provided by YP.comI love coming here. Just buyer beware, it is loud. Not becuase people are rowdy, just high ceilings and kids make it loud. The large steak fries you get are good, but the Burgers make it worth going. Be prepared to pay a little more than say Dennys, Steak-N-Shake, etc. But you will also get better food. Red Robin is very worth it, only reason I wouldn't give it five starts is the noise factor, but that shouldnt be enough to keep you away.

Provided by YP.comfood is great, service is a little slow though. Its a family place so be prepared for a lot of children and lots of noise. High ceilings and open spaces leave no buffers for sound. Its very, very loud in there.
