Provided by YP.comCustomer service at the Fairview Height's Lowe's is the worst I've experienced. Ever wait 15 minutes for a clerk to show up in plumbing just to tell you this isn't their department? Ever wait 15 minutes for a paint clerk to get off her break, then the four other people who came to the counter after you all start yelling they are first? Don't want to use the self-service checkouts, but there is only one other lane open on a Saturday afternoon? Want to complain to a store manager, but they all went home early?
Then the Fairview Heights Lowe's is where you want to shop. Want to get in and out fast, or talk a clerk familiar with what you are looking for? Go somewhere else.
