Payless Dry Cleaners used to be an incredibly affordable, efficient, and courteous business. Recently, after a change of ownership, clothes are cleaned poorly, lost, and not done on time. This week I went to pick up clothes on Tuesday (they were due to be completed on Monday). When I arrived there was a sign on the door that said "Water pipe is boke. Clothes won't be done." I just checked back today (Saturday) and they are still clothes. Despite the savings, I will never be using this dry cleaner again! Way too many problems!
