I recommend Dr. Koehler with no hesitation at all!I had a breast augmentation from another plastic surgeon about a year ago and started noticing the implants were migrating down! I went back to the original plastic surgeon to get a consult on what was occurring and was told the implants "bottomed out".He told me he would perform a capsulorrhaphy and "hopefully we wouldn't have to go back in and do it again"!Seeing as I didn't want to have to redo it again at all the idea that I MAY have to do a third surgery turned me off from this surgeon all together! I met with Dr. Koehler after that and was HIGHLY impressed with the approach he wanted to take to assure that we would avoid a third surgery!He educated me about a mesh sling he wanted to do for my case and even saw me a second time when I came back with more questions about the product and spent over an hour just talking to me!Not only was he caring but my results are AMAZING!!They look better than when I had them done the first time!

I had my upper and lower eyelids done recently, and to say that I was terrified beforehand is an understatement; however, Dr. Koehler and his incredible staff were so patient and kind and reassuring. They did everything possible to make me feel comfortable. And Dr. Koehler did an amazing job with my surgery. I am so pleased with my results, and I'm quite certain that no one will be able to tell I had anything done. I highly recommend Dr. Koehler and his precious staff! They are the best!
