I love the Mobile office! I would be surprised if yall are talking about the office in Mobile. I too did the livingsocial deal, and have had a great experience with the staff and doctor there. I had my first appointment on August 10th, and have lost 15.6 pounds. If yall are not talking about the Mobile office, I would suggest you try it. I have not had any cancelled appointments, and am looking forward to each week!

It's good to know that I'm not the only one they cancel appointments for. I thought I had finally found a solution, but I'm so sad and disappointed with this company. I got a message that said if I cancel, I need to give 24 hours notice or they will charge me, yet they cancel my appointment right before I'm supposed to be there. Now I have to wait another month? I don't think so. Really bad business practice and not very friendly. There are other programs out there and I intend to find one who respects me and my time.

The Amerithin company is the worst company to deal with. The operators are rude and they will cancel your appointment without notice. Got my deal on Living Social do not think I will be doing business with either company.
