My husband, Kevin, who is now deceased, and I paid several thousand dollars to Rudy Lopez and A&R Tiles Services in 2013 to install new flooring in our house. As of this date (July 11, 2016) , Rudy Lopez and A&R Tile Services STILL has not installed the flooring, nor has he reimbursed our funds. I have three years worth of his texts promising he would install it in two to three weeks. In the past year he has promised he would refund my money, as I could really use it now my husband has passed away. In each instance he has not kept his word. He always has an excuse. This last time he even asked if we received payment because he had issues with his mail. That was over two months ago. He is deceitful and cannot be trusted!!! BUYER BEWARE AND STAY AWAY!!!!!
