This place conducts terrible business. I have been getting oil changed there for over a year religiously. A few days after an oil change I noticed ponding fluid on my garage floor. I took to a different auto mechanic and informed me that whoever change my oil last stripped my plug causing the oil to leak and now I potentially had engine problems as well. I went to W&W to tell them what had happened and they volunteered to tow it back to their shop. A day later they called me to tell me that this was a common problem with Hondas and they would fix it for cost plus the towing fee. I found it too ironic that this incident happened within days of an oil change. They denied my mechanics claims so after much arguing over the tow bill. They gave me back my car. I towed it to Honda which confirmed my original mechanics opinion that the plug was stripped during a oil change. It is looking like W&W is going to continue to deny responsibility for their actions and that I will be forced to sue to rectify their wrongs. This is a compete nightmare but I will update review accordingly if they attempt to fix these issues.

W & W TREATED ME FAIR AND EXPLAINED THE PROCESS THEY WOULD TAKE WITH MY CAR. THEY OFFERED ME CHOICES AND I FELT NO PRESSURE. THEY ARE GENUINE GUYS. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ALL MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY.
