Long story short. They install poor quality granite that has been patched and repaired by them. They used a grinding tool to remove a scratch and damaged our granite. Tried to replace slab with a slab that was in worse shape than the original one. It also didn't match the counters. Jimmy the owner is so incredibly rude and disrespectful. They talk in Chinese in front of you when dealing with an issue so you don't understand what they are saying. Worst experience I have had so far with any upgrades of my home. Was only able to get them to refund some

Money when they were threatened to be sued. Stay clear of this company especially if you have a large amount of granite to be installed. They have cheaper prices for a reason, because they use second hand granite that nobody else wants.

WARNING!!! Unity Kitchen and Bath LLC is an unreliable and unprofessional company. All the trouble started when the installation crew showed up at our house. The dimensions for the counters were incorrect. So, to get the granite to fit, they cut the granite in the driveway and inside our house. The granite dust went throughout the house and took us hours to clean up! To get the sink to fit, they had to notch a metal bracket with a grinder and had sparks flying from the wood floors to the ceiling, the workers held up pieces of cardboard to stop the grinding sparks from catching the house on fire. Really, no joke! Then after installation, they poured the sealant on the granite. I mean thick, just pouring it on. Then they want you, the client to steel wool it and use a razor blade and finish it yourself!!! It took us hours of labor. Next, we pointed out deep scratches, chips and uneven seams on the granite, they try to buff it out and they made it worse, leaving huge dull spots all over the counter tops. Then, it gets better. After the buffing didn’t work. Unity Kitchen and Bath replaced part of the damaged granite. Well, guess what? They replaced it with more damaged granite! Unity Kitchen and Bath did a terrible job and would not honor their warranty, so to resolve all the issues we sued Unity Kitchen and Bath LLC in Small Claims Court and we received a judgment of $3,000.00 plus court cost! If we were to hire a contractor in the future, we will be more diligent to research the companies past performance and never go with the low bid again!!! Good luck!

IN MY OPINION Absolutely horrible. Unsatifactory workmanship. Totally horrible customer relations. They do not honor their work. They do not call you back. They are rude to customer complaints. After months of dealing trying to resolve the problem, they informed us they have a right to take as long as they wish to handle our complaints and that we should do as we wish. WE have a two inch wide and several inch Blemish at the seams of our counter. At first the salesman assured us they would make things right.The owners have NEVER been polite or addressed our issues.

Great company. My wife and I felt that they did an outstanding job on our kitchen. We had done a lot of comparison shopping before we chose Unity. Turned out to be a great decision. I would recomend them highly.

Great Company! I'm sure I wasn't the easiest customer to work with (changed my mind three times) but they did a great job on my kitchen and the price was right.

I had a very good experience working with this company. They did my guest bath and kitchen. I especially liked the fact that they were able to get everything done so quickly.

This was a terrible company from start to finish! I set an appointment for them to come out and measure for granite countertop in my kitchen. They showed up on the wrong day, but instead of apologizing, they said where are you. I had to leave my son's soccer game to meet them. They were 4 hours late showing up to installation. The granite had 2 cracks and 2 chips and the seams were terrible with lot of little chips along them. They were supposed to come out to fix it and never showed up, again no apology. Then they came out to fix it, which was some epoxy the same color as the granite (just to cover it up) and it still looked terrible. I asked for a discount because I had bad granite and I didn't want to deal with them anymore. The owner screamed so loud over the phone my husband could hear him across the room. He said he would come to my house and rip out all my granite if I didn't pay. After a very small discount, there was still no apology. This company was terrible to deal with and I got a terrible product. I would never recommend them to anyone. I would give them a 0 rating if I could.
