I rented a full size vechical I got to the location and they told me they only had a mid size in which I was still charged the same price for the full size. Got on the highway car noticed the car needed an oil change and the more I drove the car started to make noises. I ended up having to waste 4 hours out of my day to get the oil replaced and some issues with the tired fixed.
