Manager needs a serious lesson in customer service!
I had 3 storage lockers here. I moved into my home and gave the storage place 2 weeks notice that I was moving my stuff out of at least 2 of the 3 storages. The assistant manager Karen gave me the paper work to sign for vacate. Everything was fine until they started calling me nearly everyday asking me if I was still moving my stuff out of the storage. Wait, What? I signed the notice to vacate so why do they keep leaving me messages? The day before I moved my things, I stopped by to check on my lockers. I couldn't find the key to one of my lockers. I asked the manager to cut the lock. He told me it will cost me 14 dollars, fine, just cut the locks!! He complained the whole time about how he had to cut the lock off. When I got to the office he bluntly and rudely told me, "it's 15 dollars" I told him, "you told me it was 14" We argued. I just couldn't believe the attitude. I could not wait to move the rest of my things from this place!

This has to be the most unprofessional storage facility now. Since the previous manager left a few months ago, this place has went to hell. No one answers when you call and when they rarely do answer they are very smug. I went in to pay my bill and had to wait 35 min for them to return from lunch...mind you, no where does it say they are closed for lunch. When the guys finally opened the office it smelt like weed. The place is ran by a young guy who has no clue how to run a business. I will be pulling out my things the next chance I get. No wonder why their prices are so low...advice to whoever owns this place - Be careful who you let run your company!

Waldo Rose has provided our family with the best storage experience we have ever had, across 2 states! They took us in like family from the very first day and made sure that every detail was done. We very much appreciated the no-nonsense approach to communication and there were no surprises about fees, access, etc. This team went over and above the norm from the start to see that we were taken care of and I heartily recommend Waldo Rose in Fairfield to anyone needing storage. This is the first time we have ever "missed" any staff working in a storage facility!
