We are a family of five and Love InShape Dover. All it's options for fitness and open hours fits perfectly to our family. The staff are great too!!

OMG..what an awesome group of people...I'm so glad I became a member at In-Shape/Dover in Fairfield, Ca...Everyone was up front with me regarding signing up as a member, getting connected with a trainer & the overall flow of the gym.
