They won't answer their phone. Their parts people don't have a clue what they are doing. I called for 2 hours trying to get a hold of the parts department. The phone would ring 3 times and be answered by a recording saying it's a great day at Fairfield Chevrolet press one to talk to sales press 2 to talk to service and press 3 to talk to parts. I press 3 it rings 3 times and goes back to the recording. I finally had to press 1 and complain to sales department to get someone from the parts department to answer the phone so I could find out what happened to parts I called and ordered 2 weeks ago.
