I have annual pool services from VIP Pools and I must say I have received excellent services from the owner (Dmitriy Ivanov). I am very pleased with his response time. He never missed his appointment plus he is always on time. He has sound knowledge of all aspects of maintaining a clean and clear pool. He does a great job from opening to closing the pool and in between maintenance services. He maintains all chemical level by the book and my pool stays clear and clean. The owner and his staff are knowledgeable, courteous and very responsive. I will recommend his services to anybody who owns a pool. This year, I also had acid wash done at the opening of the pool and again he did a great job. Thanks to him my pools looks new now.

I was surprised when 2 hours after i called VIP pools, i had someone staying in front of my door, introducing him self as the owner of the company!!! wow!!! With positive attitude and professional manners, Mr. Ivanov and his co-worker completed 1 hour pool and deck cleaning, they provide their own chemicals and equipment. At the mean time, filter system was thoroughly inspected and couple of small leaks detected. Mr. Ivanov immediately reported, and without pushing me to pay anything extra for it, he just fixed it for free. This was my first experience with VIP Pools and i wanted to share it with all of the pool owners, that one day will look for someone to take care of their own pool/SPA. As of now i have year-round agreement with VIP Pools, i enjoy my bright pool and SPA ,without ever had problems or discomfort. I will continue use their services and I definitely recommend VIP Pools to everyone! Thank you!
