They recently completely remodeled. Love the new look! Feel calm and relax. The new owner is friendly and nice. I got a new set of design nails from the new girl, Yani. It is so beautiful and reasonable pricing. Just love love love!

ALL THE REVIEWS ARE CORRECT--THEY ARE AWFUL! To be honest, I never got as far as entering the place b/c my sister got me a living social coupon and they gave me such a hassle on their limited availability for appointments and their disorganized method of scheduling that I decided, after speaking with the rude woman on the phone who suddenly was telling me they couldn't keep the Sat appt. I booked a week in advance b/c "something came up and the eyelash tech. had to go out of town", that I will NEVER go there!! After I got annoyed that they weren't willing to squeeze me in at another time that Sat. and that they closed early on weeknights and WERE closed on Sundays, she had the nerve to ask me to not be rude with her since they had no control over the eyelash tech needing to leave on Saturday? Really? Is that how businesses, esp. salon businesses are conducted? Although my sister had raved about how the good nail tech. is, NO place is worth that kind of pain, especially when they have such LIMITED hours.

Making an appointment was a hassle. She is either not there, she is booked or she does not take appointments at that time of the evening. The website states that they are open Monday-Sunday but they are not open on Sundays. I scheduled my appointment two days in advance. When I arrived at my appointment time I was told that she was gone for the day. OH NO! The woman in the shop called her twice before she decided to pick-up on the third call. They spoke in their native language and she asked to speak to me. She said that since I did not call her back to confirm (which I never told her I would didn't know was required) that she left since she had no customers. She asked if I wanted to reschedule I told her NO because one I was going out of town, two it took me two weeks to get in contact and get the appointment. She said asked if I would like her to could come back. I said yes because if I do not get this done today I would be requesting a refund from Groupon due to the lack of customer service. She then stated I you want to request a refund with Groupon that would be fine with me (REALLY!). I told her I would PREFER her to come back. She asked me if I would wait for her for 15mins. I did! She arrived 10 mins later. She asked me about the Groupon I gave her my print out and my appointment started. I felt pressured into getting Mink lashes (which is not what my Groupon was for). I had to pay an additional $20. The appointment was fast and she was very polite throughout the appointment. I was VERY IMPRESS with my lashes. She told me that since I have thin lashes I will need to come back within 2 weeks no more than 3 weeks for a refill. I ask how much are they she said $50. Ok I can do that. I went to pay my additional $20 dollars and she asked me for CASH. I don't have cash I have my credit card. She asked if I had any cash I told her no because I usually don't carry cash (YES she has a credit card machine right beside her). I ask was her credit card machine down? She said No. So then she ran my card and told me that for Refills they only accept CASH. The site nor the pamphlet in the salon states that. So now I am a little skeptical of going back. Even though I was IMPRESS this whole ordeal was not a good experience.
