I am very dissatisfied with customer service at JL Tree Service. I will never use them as their front office tried to lie to me even after I forwarded the email thread that we had exchanged. I only gave them 1 star because there are no negative stars in the rating scale. MY recommendation to anyone anticipating any type of tree service or landscaping is to AVOID JL TREE SERVICE. Look for someone else for any of the type of work that JL Tree Service offers.

Awesome smart folks that quote you a reasonable amount. Just wonderful. Had a huge poplar taken down and they came with a crane. All done under 2 hours. Great price.

Highly recommend these folks for Na. Virginians. Wished I knew about them years ago.

Thanks for the quick response. We had a weeping willow fall on our fence and into our neighbors yard....thanks to Sean for getting his team out quick and keeping peace in the neighborhood!

WAS going to do business with these folks, until they were going to pawn me off to a sub-contractor that barely spoke english.

On the phone, After calling them about the matter, I get "Oh. Well we can came out and do it as well" I Said sorry, not doing business with folks that apparently don't do the work themselves. The putz hung up on me. Big surprise.
