In my experience with Focus Family program at the Waples Mill Rd location in Fairfax, VA, I was extremely disappointed with the quality of instruction and care provided to my son. The instructor seemed disinterested and was constantly on their phone instead of focusing on the class. The cheap staff that the owner has hired lacked the proper training to provide a meaningful learning experience for the students.

My son was also mistreated and did not learn anything during his time at this program. Despite paying a high monthly fee, the staff did not give him the attention or education that he deserved. This was a complete waste of both money and effort.

I would strongly advise parents to avoid enrolling their children in this program. There are plenty of other programs in the area that offer better training and a more supportive environment for students to learn and grow. It's important to invest in a program that truly values the education and development of its students.
