Great place to have your eye exam. Very thorough and the doctor took plenty of time to answer my questions. I pick-up up my new glasses to day and I see great. I am sending my spouse there.

The experience was very good. The staff was very friendly, and I felt very comfortable. I liked the doctor. He was professional with a likable manner and easy to talk to

The only place to have your eyes examined is here. The staff were personable and knowledgeable. They had a great selection of frames and Vanessa the office manager help me pick out the best pair of glasses I ever owned. The Dr. was thorough and professional and made me feel very comfortable. They had all these machines to check my eyes, it was painless and hi tech.

What a great office. I never felt more comfortable in a doctors office. The staff was amazing, they helped me find the pefect glasses. They let me return ones I was not fond of for a brand new pair at no charge. The prices were very reasonable as I went shopping at several other places. The staff was honest and caring and Dr. Budner took his time with me explaining each option. The examination was incredible, they did this xray or something that showed the inside of my eye which helped explain one of the problems I was having. I also saw their associate Dr. Kim on a follow-up and she was great too.No other Doctor was able to figure it out. I am sending all my family and friends to this office. Imagine, I found this office by luck through my insurance.

New customer Greeting: curt and impersonal. Eye exam: ok Glasses fitting: three tries and none helped. Frames were lopsided, lenses dirty. Pricing policy: no money back for any reason. You try you buy policy. Make sure you read this big posted sign! Follow -up: Zero, none, zilch. They were going to do a partial refund on my credit card but never did it. They kept saying they would do this "the next day". I kept calling back to expidite this. They finally cut me check but not for the verbally promised amount. Initial delivery of glasses late. Professionalism: Poor. I should have known that staff wearing white lab coats that had months of stains all over them was a bad omen. Net result: spent over $600, got no glasses, got plenty of excuses and aggravation. Stay away folks......
