Very disappointing. After agreeing to and leaving detailed instructions with a very willing sales person that they would tie the ballons to my Apartment door - the delivery person left the balloons in the office - the office staff said "you can take these to the apt" The delivery person said not necessary. The office closed and no balloons were delivered for my wifes birthday. After I called to complain the delivery person told me they dont tie these to apartment doors - the person who took my credit card assured me they did. Also I was quoted one price then when I went to close the deal they said - ohhh by the way there a fee for delivery - which was very high. Of course that was ok with me because I was assured the balloons would make it to the door. Avoid this company like the plague - stick with a national level provider and your loved one wont be disappointed!!!!!
