Took my vehicle in for a transmission, and was told the vehicle was finished. When I picked it up, the engine was rough and loud. Attempted to drive it, but it kept dying. They took it back last week, however, have yet to hear a word. My husband was told that when they "got the chance", they would look at it. It has now been over a week. Basically, while in their shop a new engine issue arose. If you are looking for a place to take your vehicle for repair in which they will call your vehicle fixed when it is undriveable, and doesn't care if they complete your car or not, this is the place for you!! Someone at that shop drove it out of the garage and parked it in their lot when it was "done", yet failed to notice the ungodly sound is definitely not the place I want to go for any future repairs!
