Provided by YP.comBe careful of their business practices. I have no recollection of being advised of an annual fee in addition to the monthly fee, so today I saw an amount on my account that I did not understand.
I called to ask what that was and she said that was my annual fee. I advised her that I was canceling my membership today and would like to have the annual fee deducted. She said they would not do that since I had not notified them 7 days prior to the fee being deducted. I don't understand how they can charge me for an annual fee when I will not use ONE day of their establishment in that year. BEWARE!
