they were great and work together like a well oiled machine. Never seen happier dogs come out of the business

I select FAIR only if you want your dog shaved. Any special cuts find ANYPLACE else. We took our schnauzer in to be bathed and brushed and were told "I'll have to shave him he's to matted" We said no just wash and comb. Our dog has always enjoyed the groomer but not here. After 3 and a half hours we checked on him. Imagine our surprise to hear our dog crying and yelping in pain in a muzzle with a second groomer(?) holding him so he couldn't move.. The thing taking care of my dog was yanking and tearing at him with a rake yelling "Knock it off! Hold still" to him as I walked in. She then had the nerve to blame the dog for her terrible behaviour. I wonder if she would have sat still while someone ripped her hair out with a comb. We took him home, gave him a bath and combed his hair out with no crying or snapping or any other problem.



These people are horrible, dispicable and to be avoided at all cost if you care for your pet. Unless you just want them shaved to the skin please do not subject your pet to the harsh punishment of these terrible women.
