They were completely negligent as a property manager. They promised services that were never delivered (basic maintenance and checks of the property) , allowed us to be overcharged for services to our house, pawned us off on another property manager before our contract with them was up, and are failing to take responsibility for their negligence. I'll NEVER use them again!
