Customer Service Sucks..Don't waste your time or Money

Upon arriving at this place I seen a few employees out back smoking no big deal they were probably on break. So we walk in and no one was there to greet us after standing there for a few minutes a lady comes up and says something but i didn't catch what she said as she held up 2 fingers i realized she was talking about how many was in our party she walked us over to the bar area put our menus on the table and walked off.A couple minutes later this guy comes to our table and set down some cold chips and two bowls of salsa one which was horribly dirty and walks off. I wanted to get up and leave and we should of but didn't we order and waited and it wasn't worth the time or the money.I know we live in "Fairbanks" but it doesn't mean you have to be rude or not speak to your customers. I can't stand bad customer service or cold food and btw to that guy standing at the bar watching his customers and then yelling at one of your employees in Spanish your not thw only ones who speak spanish that was very unprofessional and mayb next time you should take it to your office.

Beautiful restaurant but it needs to improve on the quality of it's foods. The Chile Relleno was still frozen when it came to my table ( restaurant should prepare and serve fresh not not frozen items) the Enchalada and Chile Relleno were covered with sauce and refried beans that were like water, the spanish rice reminded me of Rice a Roni, and the taco could not even compare to a Taco Bell taco (which is just across the street). I had to return my meal. The Beer and mixed drinks are great. I will try again this summer and hopefully there will have been an emprovement. Good Luck.
