Worst fast food service in Fairbanks. Consistently 15 minutes or longer in drive thru waiting for pre cooked food. Rude, slow, bitchy wait staff. Service never changes. Why this place exists is beyond me. Replace this with Dairy Queen.

They've messed up my order a couple times, but it's alright. The burgers there are probably the best in fairbanks.

Typically I do not write reviews, but I believe that the service I received this afternoon, 9/28/2014 at about 4:15, by the young lady at the university drive thru in fairbanks ak warrants one.



Upon arriving at the drive-thru the woman on the speaker was rude and impatient. When I got to the window I gave her a coupon, she rolled her eyes slammed the window and called her supervisor over to help her complete the discount. When I got home with my food there was not napkins, condiments or a receipt. What I did find was a long blonde hair in my hamburger. The service extremely bad and unpleasant. It appeared that she did not like her job, and may need to reconsider customer services as employment. I will never visit this location again, and will make sure to pass this experience on to friends and family, warning them that the location across town is recommended.
