My fiancé went to her appointment to get highlights and lowlights and was quoted 130$ and it would take 2 hours. She got there and the lady started she did the top half of her head and then made her wait while she cut someone else's hair. Then she came back did the other sides of her head and made her wait again to cut some one else's hair and dye another. Then she came back finished more of it and made her wait 30 more minutes to do another persons hair and finally got her under the hair dryers for another 45 all in all it took 4 hours and 45 mins, then tried to charge her 197.50$, 67.50$ more than quoted they settled on 137.50$ and she left a 10 dollar tip anyways and never got a thank you, and then when she asked how much it would be to do her hair for our wedding she told her regularly 29.50$ but it would be around $60 or more for her because her hair is thick and needs to make up for her losses today. Needless to say we will not be going back, her hair looks great and she is very happy with it but the service she received was horrible. She just tried to service to many people at one time!

I was just visiting Alaska on an extended vacation and needed a hair cut. I was able to make a fast appointment and received great directions. The shop is definitely a local favorite, and all the customers were very friendly, and had good haircuts.
