NOT CLOSED good clean showers. Good laundry machines. I appreciate the extractor because laundry dries so much faster.

I have used this laundromat for 2 years now because they USED to be cheaper than my apartments washers/dryers. I have given B & C hundreds of dollars and I have decided not to come back. They have raised all of there prices and have not upgraded any services in return. Half of the dryers do not work so you end up cramming 3 washers into one dryer or you wait 30 minutes with soaking clothes for a dryer to open. There are a few nice people but for the most part the staff is extremely unfriendly and could care less if you are unhappy.

The customer service is decent. Half of the machines are out of order and they continue to raise the rates. $5.50 for a basket is ridiculous.

Clean environment, good customer service it's hard to get this combination.. They have made many improvements and there is room for more but who couldn't use a little improvements..I would definitely recommend this business to all.. And a plus to this laundromat is that there are showers.. And clean ones at that.

Pretty dirty and most of the machines are out of order, some of the showers are good but some have mold growing on them, not a place I would recommend. Sure wish Fairbanks had more laundromats
