As crooked as they come. I bought a "reconditioned" spa from them and it was supposed to have been cleaned and tuned up- No Chance they did any of that!!! I am talking computer bad when we turned it on, faulty connections, broken lines, pumps failing- Not to mention that the lines were abosuletly FILTHY!!-Had previous owner's hair, skin and funk! Did I mention that they take their sweet time responding to warranty issues? BUYER BEWARE.

I bought a spa they refused to work on after the sale, had to go someplace else to get service. They treated me like I was dirt and the Mother company in Canada will not do anything. I was left out in the cold literally having to pay a very high price for repairs and replaceing parts. This spa has a high electric bill and leaks, very upset and seem there is nothing I can do.

Bought a spa they told me would go two weeks without power, it was not in writing and when it froze in less than 24 hrs, they said they do not cover freezing issues. They pick up spa and I have not seen it for over 1.5 years. No repay, no spa, very upset and they and the manufacturer will not do anything about it.
